With October marking Halloween, Overwatch 2 Season 7 plans for the annual return of the Halloween Event. Termed as Rise of the Darkness, this event combines themes from Diablo 4, transforming Blizzard World into a horror-themed playground.

While we lack information on the new game mode, it's likely to resemble past Halloween game modes such as Junkerstein’s Revenge and Wrath of the Bride, which were both PvE brawl modes.
